Job summary

SFRESH TRADING SDN BHD is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution, ensuring compliance with policies and SOPs. You will train and manage a warehouse team, optimize space, and improve inventory management and service levels.

The role requires at least 4 years in warehouse operations, proficiency in Excel and Word, knowledge of warehousing KPIs, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience in warehouse operations is required.
• Knowledge of warehousing KPIs is advantageous.
• Inventory controls knowledge is advantageous.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution to ensure SOP compliance.
• Address inquiries or compliance issues related to shipping or transportation.
• Ensure warehouse operates at peak efficiency.
• Train and manage warehouse team to resolve day-to-day issues and meet performance goals.
• Review workflows, space allocations, and action plans to meet productivity and quality standards.
• Ensure efficient use of warehouse space including layout and capacity planning.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing standards and regulations.
• Improve service level, speed of work, and cost effectiveness of inventory management.
• Ensure full compliance with laws, regulations and company policies.
• Ensure safety and security measures conform to requirements.
• Review production policies to identify growth opportunities.
• Produce timely reports and documentation to track production progress.

Responsible in overseeing, managing and ensuring receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations are in place and comply with policies and standard operation procedures.

Taking care of inquiries or compliance issues related to shipping or transportation matters.

To ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency.

Train and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals.

Review and prepare workflows, space allocations, and action plans that meet company standards for productivity and quality.

Ensure efficient and effective use of warehouse space to include layout and future capacity requirements.

Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.

Continuously improve the service level, speed of work and cost effectiveness of inventory management, warehousing, incoming and outgoing operations.

Ensure full compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company policies.

Ensure safety and security measures conform to requirement.

Review existing production policies and standards and identify the scope of growth.

Produce timely reports and documentation to track production progress.

Job Requirements :

Proficient with Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word.

Experience in food industry are added advantages.

Experience in warehouse operations for more than 4 years.

Knowledge of warehousing KPIs are added advantages.

Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.

Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced setting.

Working Location :

• Willing to travel to HQ at Kelana Business Centre, PJ (travel allowance provided).
