Job summary

Global Fine Wood Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a warehouse supervisor to manage inbound/outbound activities, inventory control, and report generation. You will implement warehouse systems and procedures to keep operations orderly.

Mandarin-speaking candidates who can work overtime on Saturdays are preferred, as you will support Mandarin-speaking customers and coordinate with a Mandarin-speaking team.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse management, including inbound/outbound and inventory reporting.
• Ability to formulate and implement warehouse management procedures.
• Experience in training and supervising warehouse staff.

Job description

1. Be responsible for warehouse management tasks, including product inbound, outbound, inventory checking, and report generation.

2. Be responsible for formulating and implementing warehouse management systems and operational procedures to ensure orderly warehouse operations.

3. Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure the integrity of stored materials and regularly investigate and report on any abnormalities in the warehouse.

4. Be responsible for the training and management of warehouse personnel, enhancing the overall quality and work efficiency of the team.

Those who can speak Mandarin and are willing to work overtime on Saturdays will be given priority.
