We are looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Manager to oversee daily warehouse, logistics, transportation, and customer service operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing operational efficiency, controlling logistics costs, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining high standards of service quality.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse, logistics, transportation, and customer service operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.

Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective deliveries.

Negotiate transportation contracts and maintain strong working relationships with carriers, logistics partners, and service providers.

Identify opportunities to optimize shipping methods, transportation routes, and logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Monitor logistics budgets, expenditures, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve operational targets.

Manage warehouse activities, including storage, inventory handling, labeling, shipment processing, and stock movement.

Resolve logistics disruptions, operational challenges, and customer complaints promptly and effectively.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, workplace safety requirements, and applicable ISO standards.

Collaborate with internal departments to improve cross-functional coordination and support overall business objectives.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, operational performance, and customer satisfaction.
