Job summary

Jubin BMS (1990) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Warehouse Storekeeper to manage daily warehouse activities at Shah Alam, Selangor.

You will receive, inspect, and store goods, organize inventory, and prepare orders according to picking lists and delivery requirements. The role requires forklift operation, attention to safety, and accurate documentation. The candidate should have good Bahasa Malaysia and English communication, be able to work 6 days per week, and work independently with minimal

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Previous warehouse experience is an advantage.
• Valid forklift license will be an added advantage.
• Able to handle warehouse operations.
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Good written and verbal communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Able to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods in the designated warehouse locations.
• Arrange and organize inventory according to the warehouse storage system.
• Pick, pack, and prepare goods accurately based on Picking Lists and delivery requirements.
• Ensure the quantity of goods picked and issued matches the approved documentation.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper housekeeping standards.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Conduct stock handling activities with care to prevent damage to goods.
• Take pictures of damaged or broken tiles and submit reports to the Admin Executive.
• Follow all warehouse procedures, safety regulations, and instructions from the Supervisor.
• Assist in stock counts and inventory control activities when required.
