Job summary

ERS Manufacturing Sdn Bhd in Malaysia (Gelang Patah) is seeking an Inventory Clerk to support store operations. You will handle clerical documentation, update inventory in the MRP system, receive goods, generate GRNs, stock shelves, and assist management to run the store smoothly.

The role requires meticulous records, 5S discipline, and timely data submission for audits. You'll work as part of a team to maintain clean, organized aisles, report discrepancies, and ensure orders are shipped

Responsibilities

• Daily general operation of clerical documentation in the store
• Daily updating inventory in the MRP system
• Assist and support stores management in running the store successfully
• Receive, check and count goods
• Generate goods receiving notes (GRN) for items received from local supplier, fabrication, subcon, import and etc.
• Stock out and stock in the daily kitting list and goods receiving notes from any items received from local supplier, fabrication, subcon, import and etc.
• Daily restocking of shelves
• Ensure orders are shipped in a timely manner
• Sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location
• Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors
• Work as an active team member to complete team goals
• Ensure workspace is free of debris and remove safely hazards from aisles
• Prepare documentation and inventory for audits
• Daily basis submission of time and leave form for production to HR department
• Daily 5S practices
