About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Clerk to join our dynamic team at Vital Heat Treatment Sdn Bhd in Sungai Petani, Kedah. As a Warehouse Clerk, you will play a crucial role in the effective management and organisation of our warehouse operations. This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our manufacturing, transport and logistics business.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage and organize warehouse inventory to ensure items are systematically arranged and easy to locate.
• Maintain accurate stock records and ensure all inventory data is up-to-date.
• Monitor stock levels and identify inventory needs in a timely manner.
• Prepare and share inventory requirements with relevant departments to ensure smooth stock replenishment.
• Coordinate with purchasing and production teams to avoid stock shortages.
• Ensure proper storage methods are followed to protect materials and maintain quality.
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist in stock audits.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse at all times.

What we’re looking for

Prior experience in warehouse management or stock arrangement.

Experience in supermarket shelving / stock arrangement is an advantage.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage inventory efficiently and systematically.

Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.

Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently.
