**About the Role:**We are seeking an organized **Warehouse & Equipment Coordinator** to control site logistics for the **CCSI** operations in **Rawang, Selangor.** This role handles full-lifecycle material control, covering incoming quality audits, warehouse distributions, mechanical equipment asset logs, and routine stock checks to keep construction trades continuously supplied without waste.**Key Responsibilities:*** **Inventory Control:** Direct all site construction raw stock, scaffolding components, heavy equipment assets, and small power tools regarding incoming validation, secure warehousing, distribution, and ledger tracking.* **Logistics & Storage:** Structure warehouse layouts, maintaining visible label rules, protecting moisture-sensitive stocks, and enforcing site material control procedures.* **Stock Reconciliation:** Monitor field consumption targets, tracking critical low-stock thresholds, initiating re-order alerts, performing regular physical cycle counts, and balancing monthly vendor bills.* **Machinery Tracking:** Oversee site tower crane, generator, and excavator operational logs, coordinating preventative upkeep files and collecting local safety equipment verification certificates.* **Billing Support:** Partner closely with commercial and billing teams to compile accurate material reconciliation data and finalize vendor closing certificates.**Requirements & Qualifications:*** **Domain Expertise:** Highly organized background managing site store systems and heavy plant logistics; capable of building error-free material ledgers.* **Familiarity:** Prior experience managing local building material validation steps and temporary machinery inspection documentation is a strong plus.* **Languages:** Good technical communication skills in Chinese and English; proficient in MS Excel data entry.Faedah & Manfaat**''Additional compensation details, allowances, and comprehensive benefits will be discussed further during the interview stage.''**
