Job summary

BIBUS METALS SDN. BHD. is seeking a Warehouse Operator to support daily warehouse operations, handling metal materials, operating cutting machines, and preparing customer orders for shipment.

You will weigh goods, label and store materials, assist with loading and unloading, perform stock counts, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. The role requires basic measuring tools and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse experience is an advantage.
• Experience with metal, steel, or industrial warehouse operations is a plus.
• Experience operating cutting machines is a plus.
• Able to use basic measuring tools and weigh materials.

Responsibilities

• Operate metal cutting machines according to orders and work instructions.
• Cut, measure, and check metal materials to meet dimensions.
• Prepare and pack materials per orders and shipping requirements.
• Weigh materials and record accurate weights.
• Load and unload metal materials and goods.
• Receive, inspect, label, and arrange incoming materials.
• Pick and prepare materials for sales orders and packing lists.
• Ensure correct labeling and storage locations.
• Assist with stock counting and regular inventory checks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.

Job description

We are looking for a Warehouse Operator to support daily warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling metal materials, operating cutting machines, preparing customer orders, packing materials, weighing goods, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse.

Key responsibilities

Operate and assist with metal cutting machines according to customer order requirements and work instructions

Perform cutting, measuring, and checking of metal materials to ensure the required dimensions are met

Prepare and pack materials according to customer orders and shipping requirements

Weigh materials and record the actual weight accurately

Perform loading and unloading of metal materials and incoming/outgoing goods

Receive, inspect, label, and arrange incoming materials in the warehouse

Pick and prepare materials according to sales orders, delivery orders, and packing lists

Ensure materials are properly identified, labelled, and stored in the correct location

Assist with stock counting and conduct regular inventory checks

Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure the warehouse is clean, safe, and organized

About you

Minimum SPM or equivalent

Previous warehouse experience is an advantage

Experience in metal, steel, or industrial warehouse operations is an added advantage

Experience operating cutting machines is an advantage

Able to use basic measuring tools such as a measuring tape, vernier caliper, or weighing scale

Physically fit and able to handle metal materials

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Willing to learn and follow work instructions and safety procedures

Forklift license/certification is an advantage
