Job summary

Hai Soon Leong Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse staff to manage inbound goods, monitor inventory, and maintain accurate records. You will work with Production, QA, Purchasing, and Logistics to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

Requirements include a Diploma/Degree in Logistics or related field and at least 2 years in a warehouse role; knowledge of ERP and MS Office is preferred; overtime and cold storage work may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Two years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience in food manufacturing is an advantage.

Job description

Receive, check, and arrange incoming goods.

Monitor stock levels and inventory accuracy.

Update inventory records and warehouse documents.

Perform stock counts and investigate stock discrepancies.

Ensure products are stored according to FIFO/FEFO.

Coordinate with Production, QA, Purchasing, and Logistics.

Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety.

Ensure compliance with company SOPs, GMP, and food safety requirements.

Report operational issues to the Warehouse Manager.

Assist in training and guiding warehouse staff when required.

Qualification & Requirement:

Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience.

Experience in food manufacturing is an advantage.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP system.

Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Able to work overtime when required.

Able to work in cold room or freezer when required.
