Job summary

Secret Recipe Cakes & Cafe Sdn Bhd in Petaling Jaya is looking for a Warehouse Planner to support daily warehouse operations, stock control, and purchasing activities. No prior experience is required and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

You will handle inbound and outbound items, generate packing lists, maintain stock reports, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries. Fluency in English and Malay is required for both verbal and written communication.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have at least a SPM certificate or Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Halal Management or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and no prior experience is required.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
• Fluent in English and Malay (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse activities including invoicing, receiving, issuing, and stock control.
• Generate packing lists, purchase requests, and container checklists for warehouse operations.
• Prepare daily stock reports after stock opening and closing checks.
• Plan stock replenishment to ensure no stockouts or overloads.
• Conduct monthly stock counts and verify stock accuracy for upcoming orders.
• Address supplier inquiries and coordinate deliveries to resolve shortages or delays.
• Record all received and dispatched goods into the system and maintain inventory records.

Job Descriptions

Support daily Warehouse activities including invoicing, incoming, outgoing, and stock control.

Generate packing list, purchase, request, and container checklist for warehouse operations.

Preparing daily stock report after checking of stock opening and closing.

Plan top up and ordering stock continuously to make sure no supply and no loading affected.

Perform monthly stock count, check stock accuracy and determine if inventory quantities are

sufficient for next order if necessary.

Respond to purchasing inquiries about order status, changes or cancellation

Contact supplier or purchasing in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve

shortage, missed or late deliveries items and others problems.

Data-entry for all received goods and outgoing goods into computer system and ensure accurate

inventory records.

Maintain the accuracy of the Inventory Card and carry the stock count as at when required

Perform any interdepartmental transfer or ad hoc basis as and when instructed by superior

Performs other duties as assigned by superior from time to time
