This full-time role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently to support procurement, production, and logistics teams.

You will handle stock levels, data upkeep, and routine audits while maintaining orderly storage and cleanliness in the warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse management or stock arrangement.
• Experience in supermarket shelving / stock arrangement is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage inventory efficiently and systematically.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize warehouse inventory to ensure items are systematically arranged and easy to locate.
• Maintain accurate stock records and ensure all inventory data is up-to-date.
• Monitor stock levels and identify inventory needs in a timely manner.
• Prepare and share inventory requirements with relevant departments to ensure smooth stock replenishment.
• Coordinate with purchasing and production teams to avoid stock shortages.
• Ensure proper storage methods are followed to protect materials and maintain quality.
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist in stock audits.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse at all times.
