Komugi (Multiple Reward Sdn Bhd) is hiring a Warehouse Assistant Manager in Petaling Jaya to oversee receiving, issuing and storage of ingredients and products.

You will manage inventory records, forecast par levels, and ensure GMP-compliant documentation and procedures. Strong leadership and English/Bahasa Malaysia communication are required; Mandarin is a plus. This full-time, on-site role offers growth opportunities and a focus on food safety.

Qualifications

Degree, Diploma or Certification in a related field is required/preferred.
5+ years of experience in warehouse operations.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
Computer literate; proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

Oversee receiving, organizing, and issuing ingredients, packaging, and products.
Manage warehouse inventory records and update computer inventory system.
Forecast and maintain inventory par levels based on usage.
Prepare warehouse documentation, SOPs, and policies.
Ensure timely completion, updating and filing of warehouse documentation.
Conduct monthly inventory checks and stock-taking reports.
Ensure food safety, cleanliness, hygiene, and housekeeping in the warehouse.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required.

We are looking for a responsible and well-organised Warehouse Assistant Manager to join our team. The role involves overseeing warehouse operations, inventory management, and ensuring smooth daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

To manage, organize, and perform ingredients/packaging/products receiving from suppliers;
To manage, organize, and perform ingredients/packaging/products issuing to production kitchen/outlets/customers;
To manage, organize, and perform QC check and recording on ingredients/packaging/products during the receiving process;
To manage and keep update the warehouse inventory movement and record both in physical documentation and computerize inventory system;
To perform the forecast and manage the warehouse inventory par level holding based on usage demand;
To perform the documentation preparation for warehouse, this include of memo/SOP/policy writing and preparation;
To manage and ensure the timely preparation, update, and filling of documentation for warehouse;
To manage and perform monthly inventory checking and stock take report;
To ensure warehouse premises comply to the food safety requirement at all times, this include of the cleanliness, tidiness, hygiene, and housekeeping of the warehouse;
Any other ad-hoc duties that may be required.

Requirements

Degree, Diploma or Certification in Warehouse Management, Logistics Management, or any related field Male preferred due to the physical nature of the role, including inventory handling and arrangement Able to converse and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse or similar operations role is required Computer literate and proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications Good supervision, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Experience in F\&B or food manufacturing industry is preferred.
