Job summary

Esthetics International Group Berhad is seeking a Warehouse Assistant in Shah Alam to support daily order picking according to the warehouse SOP and ensure correct item picking based on sales orders.

You will regularly check stock against the WMS, prioritise urgent orders, and assist in outbound operations including product conversion and relabeling. The role also covers cycle counts, annual stock takes, and maintaining 5S in the picking area.

Responsibilities

• To ensure daily order picking operations are according to warehouse SOP.
• To ensure item picking are correct base on sales orders.
• Check regularly physical stock at storage location against WMS records to ensure high accuracy.
• To prioritize urgent order picking
• Support in order picking for Watson and 3rd party warehouse within the timeline
• To ensure monthly cycle count and annual stock take are carry out according to requirement and procedure.
• Taking care of the 5S housekeeping at picking area
• Assist Warehouse Executive in troubleshooting issues related to Outbound Operations matter.
• To support in product conversion and relabeling activity
