Job summary

HTM Pharmacy Group is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to support branch operations by storing materials, picking, packing and scanning orders. The role aims to boost efficiency, accuracy and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. You will maintain inventory accuracy, operate warehouse equipment, and adhere to safety and quality standards.

Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided to develop forklift and inventory system skills. Location: Ipoh, Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a warehouse worker, storekeeper, picker or packer.
• Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems.
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with forklift or lift truck is an advantage.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Good health condition.
• Fresh graduates can apply; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Complete diary logs into the inventory.
• Report any discrepancies.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
