SOJO CORPORATION SDN. BHD. in Melaka is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. You will support picking and packing operations and help maintain accuracy and efficiency in daily warehouse tasks.

The role requires reliability, basic numeracy, and good communication to collaborate with colleagues while ensuring safe handling and timely delivery of goods. Training and growth opportunities are available within our logistics team.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse/picking/packing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate order fulfilment and inventory management.
• Excellent organisational skills for fast-paced environments.
• Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Picking items from warehouse shelves and storage areas according to order specifications and packing slips.
• Packing products into boxes or packaging materials using appropriate materials.
• Labeling packages with addresses, barcodes, weights and required information.
• Sorting and organizing products by category, size, destination or other criteria.
• Operating warehouse equipment such as trolleys, hand trucks, and pallet jacks safely.
• Conducting regular quality checks to ensure items are packed correctly and undamaged.
• Recording and updating inventory information in the warehouse management system.
• Assisting with loading and unloading delivery vehicles as required.
• Collaborating with team members to meet daily targets and deadlines.
