Job summary

RF International Supply Sdn. Bhd. in Kapar, Selangor is seeking a warehouse operations team member to organise, pick, pack and prepare parcels for delivery. You will handle goods, stock movement and ensure the storage area stays clean and orderly.

Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is required; Mandarin or English is a plus. We invite candidates with or without experience as training will be provided. This is a full-time on-site role with a focus on accuracy, teamwork and physical fitness.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is required.
• Mandarin and/or English ability is an added advantage.
• Hardworking, responsible and detail-oriented.
• Physically capable of warehouse duties such as lifting, packing, and stock handling.
• Able to follow instructions and work well in a team.
• Experience in warehouse operations, picking or packing is preferred.
• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Organise, arrange, and maintain goods and stock in the warehouse.
• Pick items according to customer orders and perform packing duties.
• Assist with receiving, moving, storing, and arranging inventory.
• Prepare parcels for delivery, including packing, labeling, and sorting.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
