Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and stock levels.
• Assist with warehouse organisation and housekeeping standards.
• Support on-time processing and dispatch of orders.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.

About the role

OASIS SWISS SDN. BHD. is seeking enthusiastic personnel to join our Warehouse Department as full-time. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in the logistics and warehousing sector whilst contributing to our daily operations. Based in Shah Alam, Selangor, you will work alongside our experienced warehouse team and develop valuable skills in inventory management, order fulfillment and warehouse operations.

What you'll be doing

• Receiving, checking and storing incoming goods and materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Picking items from shelves and storage areas in accordance with order requirements and specifications
• Packing products accurately and securely into appropriate containers and packaging materials
• Labelling packages and documentation correctly to ensure smooth distribution and delivery
• Maintaining accurate records of inventory movements and stock levels
• Assisting with warehouse organisation, cleanliness and housekeeping standards
• Supporting the team in ensuring orders are processed and dispatched on time
• Following all health and safety procedures and company policies at all times

What we're looking for

Previous experience at warehouse is a must
