Job summary

FC-BIOS Sdn Bhd is looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join our Warehouse & Logistics team in Malaysia. You will handle daily warehouse tasks such as receiving shipments, inventory organization, picking and packing orders, and ensuring compliance with our warehouse SOPs to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate has hands-on warehouse experience, can operate forklifts or pallet jacks, and works well in a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the warehouse field.
• Able to operate forklift or pallet jack.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Possess own transport with a valid driving license.
• Able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments.
• Organize and maintain inventory records.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Load and unload goods from lorries or containers.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs.
• Perform stock-taking and cycle counts as required.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job description

FC-BIOS is looking for Warehouse Assistant to join our Warehouse & Logistics team. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on warehouse experience who wants to work in a supportive environment and help keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently. You will handle daily warehouse tasks such as receiving shipments, inventory organization, picking and packing orders, and ensuring compliance with our warehouse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You'll work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and team to maintain high standards of accuracy, safety, and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and inspect incoming shipments.

Organize and maintain inventory records.

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.

Load and unload goods from lorries or containers.

Ensure compliance with warehouse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Perform stock-taking and cycle counts as required.

Carry out any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent experience.

At least 3 years of working experience in the warehouse field ispreferred.

Able to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks.

Basic computer literacy.

Possess own transport with a valid driving license.

Able to work in a team.

Our team is currently playing fundamental role in COVID-19 Vaccine storage within Malaysia.
