About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, hardworking and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant / Warehouse Operator to support our daily warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound activities, receiving and putaway, picking and packing, inventory checking, product labelling and ensuring that all warehouse activities are carried out accurately, safely and within the required timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform receiving and putaway activities accurately and within the specified timelines.
• Ensure orders are picked, checked and packed correctly according to picking lists.
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure products are free from damage.
• Check container conditions before and after loading activities.
• Perform daily cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy.
• Carry out product labelling and cargo checking for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Issue Finished Goods Inventory (FGI) to production as required.
• Handle returned and damaged goods in accordance with operational procedures.
• Ensure all warehouse transactions and system confirmations are completed accurately and promptly.

Picking, Checking & Packing Duties

• Visually inspect and scan each product during the checking process.
• Verify picked quantities against the respective picking slips.
• Tick the picking slip to confirm that the SKU and quantity have been checked.
• Record the checker's name on the picking slip upon completion.
• Arrange checked products into the appropriate cartons.
• Perform packing according to the prescribed packing guidelines.
• Ensure all cartons are properly sealed before dispatch.
• Complete the necessary system confirmations once packing is completed.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Candidates must be able to read, write and perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience will be an added advantage.

Language & Communication

• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Computer Skills

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel will be an added advantage.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-disciplined and punctual.
• Willing to learn and adapt to operational requirements.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
