Job summary

iHastek (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations in Kulai, Johor. You will assist receiving, storing, and dispatching materials, check stock accuracy, and help maintain inventory records.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training and guidance will be provided, and you will work in a friendly, supportive environment with a 5-day work week and opportunities to learn and grow. Overtime may be required from time to time.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse experience will be an added advantage.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.
• Able to work independently and as a team.
• Willing to learn and able to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing and dispatching materials.
• Check incoming and outgoing materials to ensure quantity and condition are accurate.
• Arrange and supply materials to the designated production areas.
• Update stock movements and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Assist with daily warehouse transactions and documentation.
• Assist in stock counting and inventory checking.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the warehouse.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the superior or management from time to time.

About the role
