Job summary

ORA GROUP SDN. BHD. is seeking a disciplined warehouse operator to join our Singapore-based team. You will pick and pack orders, verify batch numbers and expiry dates, and maintain accurate records in the WMS while supporting receiving and loading duties.

We value reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to follow SOPs in a fast-paced environment. The role requires physical fitness and the commitment to FEFO procedures, with a Monday–Saturday schedule as outlined.

Qualifications

• Based in Singapore; Mon–Fri 8:30am–6pm, Sat 8:30am–2pm.
• Hands-on warehouse picking/packing experience.
• Comfortable using WMS, barcode scanners, and Excel.
• Physically fit for lifting/moving heavy boxes safely.
• Disciplined, punctual, dependable, and detail‑oriented.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders accurately, following FEFO procedures.
• Check product condition, batch numbers, and expiry dates before packing.
• Receive deliveries, verify against documents, and store stock correctly.
• Update Warehouse Management System (WMS) promptly for all movements.
• Report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goods.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and safety.
• Support loading/unloading and other warehouse duties as required.

• Experience handling healthcare/expiry‑sensitive products is an advantage.
