Job summary

Lamarsa Coffee in Malaysia is seeking a reliable Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring accurate stock handling and timely delivery coordination.

You will receive, inspect, store, pick and pack goods, perform stock checks, maintain clean spaces, and assist with delivery documentation and coordination with internal teams and partners. Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent and above.
• Experience in warehouse or logistics preferred.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferably with driving license GDL.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and equipment.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or self-collection.
• Ensure proper labeling, handling, and storage of all items.
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist in inventory updates.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space.
• Coordinate with internal teams and delivery partners for dispatch.
• Assist in loading/unloading items during deliveries or returns.
• Support documentation for deliveries, including DOs and receiving notes.
• Follow up on shipment tracking and update relevant teams.

Job Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and equipment.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or self-collection.
• Ensure proper labeling, handling, and storage of all items.
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist in inventory updates.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space.

Logistics & Delivery Support

• Coordinate with internal teams and delivery partners for dispatch.

General Support

• Report any damaged or missing items promptly.
• Assist with showroom stock movement or event equipment when needed.
