PETOUR MALAYSIA SDN BHD is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to help keep our Kajang warehouse operations running smoothly. This role suits someone organized, dependable, and ready for hands-on responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

You will receive goods, store and label items, prepare orders, dispatch with the logistics team, maintain stock records, and support loading/unloading while upholding safety standards.

• Pick, pack, and prepare goods; coordinate with logistics for timely dispatch.
• Conduct routine stock counts and update real-time inventory records.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Support logistics, admin, or operations teams as needed.

Job description

As our Warehouse Assistant, you'll play a key role in keeping our warehouse operations running efficiently. From receiving goods to managing inventory and supporting delivery processes, you'll ensure every product is handled accurately and reaches our customers on time. This role is ideal for someone organized, dependable, and ready to take on hands-on responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Goods Receiving & Storage

Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments.

Ensure proper labeling, sorting, and placement of goods in designated areas.

Maintain accurate stock records and assist with stock arrangement.

2. Order Preparation & Dispatch

Pick, pack, and prepare goods for delivery according to order schedules.

Coordinate with the logistics team and ensure timely dispatch.

Assist in loading and unloading goods when required.

3. Inventory Management & Documentation

Conduct routine stock counts and report discrepancies.

Update inventory data in the system to maintain real-time accuracy.

Support in preparing stock and inventory reports.

4. Warehouse Maintenance & Safety

Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

Report any damaged goods, safety hazards, or equipment issues promptly.

Ensure all goods are handled safely and efficiently.

5. Any Ad-hoc Tasks as Assigned

Support logistics, admin, or operations teams when required.

Who We’re Looking For

Physically fit - able to lift and move goods safely.

Basic computer skills (Excel/Google Sheets).

Experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management is a plus.
