Job summary

Yonghuat Marketing Sdn Bhd is seeking an Administration Clerk in Melaka. The role covers answering calls, filing, handling receipts, and basic warehouse-related tasks. A candidate with SPM or Diploma, basic computer skills, and ability to communicate in BM and English is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: SPM or Diploma.
• Fresh graduates are eligible to apply.
• Experience in related field is a plus.
• Must have basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls.
• Manage billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns.
• Filing documents and receipt payments.
• Escalate warehouse operation issues to superior.
• Order and stock supplies, including maintaining inventory and organizing warehouse.
• Process stock returns and ensure accuracy of returned quantities.
• Check drivers' daily delivery summaries.
• Inspect orders received and shipped for damage, defects, or missing items.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the superior.
