Job summary

Secret Recipe Cakes and Café Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is hiring for an entry‑level customer service role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with a minimum qualification of SPM or above. You will work at the Bukit Jelutong outlet, greet customers, take orders, and support daily outlet operations.

You will assist with mise-en-place, maintain equipment, and follow SOPs to ensure quality service. Training will cover POS usage, cash handling, and safety standards, with opportunities to learn

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers and attend to orders promptly with courteous service.
• Prepare daily mise-en-place and maintain glassware and crockery to minimise breakages.
• Work closely with Supervisor and team to follow Standard Operating Procedures.
• Ensure QSC duties are completed within the required time frame and take corrective actions as needed.
• Support sales targets and maintain accurate stock and product quality.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management as needed.

Responsibility

• Meet and greet customers, and attend to their orders and requests promptly while practising suggestive selling and complimentary closing.

• Prepare daily mise-en-place and help manage glassware and crockery to minimise breakages and losses.

• Work closely with the Supervisor and team to ensure full compliance with Standard Operating Procedures.

• Ensure the QSC exercise is completed within the required period and corrective actions are completed by the deadline.

• Follow service procedures to maintain customer satisfaction and support smooth outlet operations.

• Assist the Supervisor in achieving sales targets and maintaining zero tolerance for variances and pilferage.

• Ensure front-end equipment is maintained in good working condition and complies with safety standards.

• Provide feedback on operational issues and follow up until corrective actions are completed.

• Assist in monitoring stock levels, product mix, and product quality.

• Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
