Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers, attend to them promptly on orders and requests while assisting in suggestive selling.
• Attend to mis-en-plus daily and monitor glassware and crockery to minimize breakages and losses.
• Work closely with the Supervisor and team to ensure SOP compliance.
• Ensure QSC exercise is conducted and corrective actions are completed.
• Adhere to service SOPs to meet customer satisfaction.
• Fully support the service team to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with Supervisor to achieve sales targets and prevent pilferage.
• Maintain front-end equipment in good working condition and uphold safety standards.
• Raise feedback on issues and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Monitor stock levels, product mix, and quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

• Meet and greet customers, and attend to them promptly on their orders and requests while doing suggestive selling and complimentary closing.

• Attend to mis-en-plus as directed on a daily routine and assist in monitoring the management of glassware and crockery to minimize breakages and losses

• Work closely with the Supervisor and the team to ensure full compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

• Ensure the QSC exercise is conducted according to the required period and complete corrective actions within the deadline.

• Adhere to the SOP of the service procedures to meet customer satisfaction.

• Fully support the service team to ensure smooth operations.

• Work closely with the Supervisor to achieve sales targets and maintain zero tolerance on variances and pilferage.

• Ensure all front-end equipment is maintained in good working condition and adheres to safety standards.

• Raise feedback on issues and follow up to ensure corrective actions are completed.

• Assist in monitoring stock levels, product mix, and product quality.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
