Bertam Resort & Water Park Penang is seeking a friendly waiter/waitress to deliver excellent service and ensure a pleasant dining experience for guests in a fast-paced setting.

The role involves greeting customers, taking and delivering orders, handling payments, and collaborating with kitchen staff to maintain smooth service. Prior restaurant or customer service experience is beneficial, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and attentiveness.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, polite, and professional attitude.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
