Job summary

Fuji Electric Malaysia is seeking a wafer test engineer to develop and set up recipes for products, troubleshoot wafer test machines, and support testing activities to improve yield. This role also involves operating test equipment, diagnosing issues, and maintaining tools to ensure smooth production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of wafer process experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of oscilloscopes is beneficial.
• Strong semiconductor device knowledge and understanding of wafer fabrication principles.
• Excellent electrical characteristics analysis and ability to interpret electrical drawings for tester troubleshooting.
• Self-motivated team player who can work independently with good interpersonal skills.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor / Master’s Degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Wafer processes will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge in Oscilloscope is beneficial.
• Strong in semiconductor device knowledge and ability to elaborate working principle of the wafer fabrication process.
• Excellent in electrical characteristic analysis, and able to interpret electrical drawings for Tester problem troubleshooting.
• A self-motivated team player who can work independently with good interpersonal skills.
