Job summary

Nexperia Malaysia is seeking an experienced Production Lead to manage shift wafer saw production operations and ensure targets, quality, and safety are met. You will monitor yield, machine performance, and coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams to drive improvements.

The role requires 2–5 years in manufacturing or semiconductor environments, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with Wafer Saw or Pre-assembly processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• 2-5 years of manufacturing or semiconductor experience.
• Knowledge of production processes and problem-solving techniques.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in Wafer Saw or Semiconductor Pre-Assembly.
• Knowledge of SPC, MES, SAP, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma.
• Experience leading improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage shift wafer saw production operations.
• Monitor shift production output, yield, and machine performance.
• Ensure production targets, quality, and safety requirements are met.
• Work with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams.
• Prepare and review production reports and KPIs.
• Track shift production performance and equipment efficiency.
• Analyze manufacturing data and identify issues.
• Coordinate production priorities and schedules.
• Support operators and technicians.
• Participate in production and improvement meetings.
• Maintaining high production yield and quality.
• Reducing machine downtime.
• Improving productivity and efficiency.
