Job summary

Nexperia in Malaysia is seeking a maintenance technician to bring mechanical/electrical/electronic expertise to our back-end assembly lines. The role focuses on preventative and routine tasks to meet production requirements.

You will monitor quality and safety, manage routine maintenance of complex equipment, diagnose faults quickly, and support production with data-driven maintenance, planning, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering required.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality and safety requirements are understood and followed.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance of complex backend assembly equipment and processes.
• Diagnose known faults quickly and execute efficient repairs.
• Assist in optimising production through maintenance, planning and supporting functions using available indicators.
