Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in Semiconductor/Electronics Manufacturing.
- At least 3 years of people management or leadership experience.
- Experience in Manufacturing/Process/Equipment Engineering or related functions.
- Willingness to support manufacturing operations as required.
- Strong knowledge of Back End semiconductor manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead Back End Manufacturing Engineering activities to ensure stable production operations.
- Drive yield improvement, productivity, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs: Yield, OEE, Cycle Time, Throughput, Equipment Utilization.
- Lead RCA, 8D, and corrective actions for manufacturing issues.
- Support process optimization and continuous improvement projects.
- Collaborate with Process, Equipment, Production, Maintenance, Quality teams.
