Job summary

United Overseas Bank Malaysia is seeking a senior team lead to motivate and manage a banking operations team, overseeing daily workflows and ensuring adherence to procedures and SLAs. You will monitor performance, conduct regular reviews, and handle escalations while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the banking industry, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• Strong understanding of banking products, services, and operational processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards within the Malaysian banking sector.
