Qualifications

• Degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
• Typically 10 years of relevant experience in compliance, assurance, audit or risk governance.
• Experience in financial services or similarly regulated environments.
• Experience in banking operations, shared services, contact centre or processing environments.
• Experience in matrix environments with cross-border governance.
• Ability to develop assurance plans, coordinate audits and drive remediation.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders and enforce compliance.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee adherence to Singapore Group policies and local regulatory requirements.
• Provide advisory on policy interpretation and implementation requirements.
• Maintain regulatory monitoring framework and timely responses.
• Exercise oversight on compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and drive annual assurance plan aligned with SG priorities.
• Coordinate external reviews and ensure timely remediation of findings.
• Be trusted advisor to senior management on risk matters.
