Qualifications

• Degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting or related discipline with professional qualifications preferred.
• Typically 10 years of experience in compliance, assurance, audit or risk governance in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, internal controls and governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee adherence to group policies and local regulatory requirements.
• Develop and drive annual assurance plans aligned with priorities.
• Coordinate external reviews and drive remediation of findings.
• Advise senior management on practical risk and control issues.
