Qualifications

• Degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; professional qualifications preferred.
• Typically, 10 years of relevant experience in compliance, assurance, audit, or risk governance.
• Strong expertise in compliance frameworks, internal controls, audit methodologies, and governance.
• Experience in internal and/or external audit or compliance oversight within financial services.
• Experience working within group-led/matrix environments with cross-border governance exposure.
• Ability to develop and execute assurance plans and drive remediation of findings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee adherence to Singapore Group policies and local regulatory requirements across the organization.
• Provide independent oversight of the effectiveness of risk management and control environments and track action plans.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior management on compliance and assurance matters and coordinate stakeholder engagement.
