Job summary

Alta Exchange in Malaysia seeks a VP of Client Experience to shape how clients interact with the business. The role combines Client Experience and Sales Operations, guiding onboarding, activation, conversion, and ongoing engagement, while collaborating with Growth and Marketing to drive clarity and conversions.

You will build a distributed Client Experience team across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines, set standards, design engagement models, own lead management and reporting,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Client Experience, Customer Success, Sales Ops, Account Management or related role.
• Experience leading client-facing teams across regions, preferably SEA.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end client journey and engagement models.
• Experience building or scaling a Client Experience or Sales Ops function.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end client experience from enquiry to retention.
• Develop and mentor a distributed Client Experience team across multiple markets.
• Design segmentation and engagement models for different client profiles.
• Oversee onboarding, activation and conversion processes with Ops and Compliance.
• Partner with Growth, Marketing and Sales to strengthen lead management and follow-ups.
• Define playbooks, standards and KPIs for Client Experience and SalesOps.
