Qualifications
- Portfolio is a MUST for application
- Strong foundation in layout, typography, visual hierarchy and ad conversion fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with standard design platforms (Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Canva, Affinity)
- Demonstrated ability to use AI design tools to enhance creativity and speed
- Strong interest in sports with storytelling ability
- Knowledge of sports/activewear brands is a plus
- Video editing/motion graphics skills are a bonus for short-form content
Responsibilities
- Design digital ad graphics (carousels, banners, story layouts) for Meta, TikTok and other channels
- Incorporate AI design tools into workflow to speed concepts and asset development
- Maintain aesthetic consistency across digital touchpoints for athletic branding
- Collaborate with marketing to brainstorm and iterate on visual ideas based on ad performance
- Prepare digital and print-ready assets or apparel concepts as needed
