Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Visual Merchandiser experience in a fast-paced retail environment with a design focus.
• Good command of English (verbal and written).
• Passionate about home furnishing with ability to plan and improve range presentation.

• Strengthen IKEA's uniqueness through visual merchandising solutions.
• Contribute to department action plans for business growth and profitability.
• Plan and implement relevant, affordable, and commercial range presentation solutions.
• Minimize disruption and ensure safety on the shop floor.
• Respect routines and responsibilities, work with the Com In team, and understand financial impact of actions.
• Ensure high quality, simplicity, efficiency, and cost consciousness in planning and implementing range presentation solutions.
• Contribute to gathering insights about store layout and range presentation, translating this knowledge into relevant solutions.
• Stay up to date with knowledgeable about home furnishing, retailing and trends to generate creative directions.
