Job summary

IKEA Malaysia is seeking a Visual Merchandising/Activity Manager to lead a high-performing team and translate insights into engaging range presentations that bring the IKEA brand to life in a commercially-minded way.

You will develop people, collaborate with functions, and continuously create newness and vitality to inspire customers and deliver an outstanding shopping experience in the local market.

Qualifications

• Experience in Visual Merchandising, Commercial Display, or a related field.
• Passion for home furnishing, interior design, retail, and visual communication.
• Ability to transform large retail spaces into engaging environments using layouts and architectural elements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Visual Merchandising/Activity coworkers.
• Inspire the team to strengthen and express the IKEA identity throughout the store.
