As the Visual Merchandiser, you will be part of the creative force behind our in-store environment - translating the brand's vision into captivating window displays, enhancing retail experiences, driving sales through visual appeal and ensuring effective communication within the Visual Merchandising (VM) team.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute visual merchandising ideas aligned with brand values and seasonal campaigns.
Maintain and manage all VM collateral and materials in an effective and cost-efficient manner.
Execute store layout & product flow, merchandise arrangement, mannequin styling and impactful window displays to attract customer traffic and optimize sales.
Actively participate in store opening and closing projects.
Collaborate with and support other departments such as design and retail teams during photoshoot, product sales/promotion period, etc.
Stay updated with retail, styling and design trends for continuous innovation.
Undertake any other related tasks assigned by Management from time to time.
About You
Minimum 1 year of visual merchandising experience in retail fashion store handling womenswear.
Sound knowledge of VM techniques, window displays, in-store merchandising display, and styling.
Excellent eye for composition, colour, and spatial design.
Highly organised, with attention to detail.
Highly motivated with a strong understanding and passion for fashion.
Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
Flexible and open to working on weekends as well as out of the usual working hours.
Occasional travel for store openings, collection launch or rollouts.
Fresh graduates who possess the above requirements and skills will be considered.
