Job summary

Being Kids in Kuala Lumpur is recruiting for a Sales and Visual Merchandiser on a full-time basis. You will provide excellent customer service, manage stock levels, and coordinate orders with customers and internal teams.

You will ensure promotional displays are properly set up with accurate price tags and support monthly stock takes. A positive, service-oriented attitude and willingness to travel island-wide are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with retail partners.
• Monitor stock levels and perform restocking to ensure on-shelf availability.
• Coordinate order processing, delivery, and returns with customers and internal teams.
• Ensure timely setup of promotional displays and proper placement of POS materials and price tags.
• Conduct monthly stock takes and support inventory accuracy and merchandise flow.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
