Job summary

Baby Einstein Lodge Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Principal/Centre Manager to lead its Kuching, Sarawak educational centre. This full-time role focuses on strategic oversight, operational excellence, and educational leadership to drive high-quality early childhood education and development outcomes.

You will manage budgeting, staffing, facilities, curriculum implementation, compliance with regulations, and strong engagement with parents and the local community.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• KAP certification completed or in progress.
• At least 3 years in educational leadership or centre management.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the centre.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, budgeting and staffing.
• Lead curriculum development and regulatory compliance.
• Recruit, train and mentor staff to maintain a proactive team.
• Ensure student wellbeing, safety, and data-driven improvement.
