Zohorecruit is seeking an Account Executive in Malaysia to achieve annual sales objectives within a defined customer base. You will focus on relationship management, sales execution, and supporting vision care product lines in the Malaysian market.

The role requires steady travel within the territory and strong skills in CRM, Salesforce, and MS Office to manage orders, reports, and customer communications.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of sales or customer-facing experience.
• Experience in healthcare/pharma sector preferred.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
• Proficient with Salesforce and MS Office tools.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve annual sales targets within assigned customer base in Malaysia.
• Maintain premium merchandising space and POSM in territory outlets.
• Monitor market trends to grow share of spend with accounts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade customers.
• Provide product information and support to customers and consumers.
• Master Salesforce for managing selling objectives and reports.
• Handle sales ordering, exchanges/returns, and consumer complaints.
• Oversee credit terms and collections for territory accounts.
