This role requires someone well-spoken, personable, and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Fluency in both Mandarin and English is mandatory.
Any additional language is considered a strong advantage.
Proficient computer skills — including document handling, data entry, and basic design or presentation tools (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint, etc.).
Outgoing personality and professional presentation.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
