Job summary

Moon Palace Group Of Restaurants is seeking a Videographer & Video Editor to turn real restaurant moments into compelling content across six outlets. You will shoot, edit and deliver short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Xiaohongshu while capturing chef demonstrations, kitchen moments and new menu launches.

You will collaborate with the Marketing Content Lead on monthly content direction and shoot plans, bringing your ideas and unique style to every project.

Qualifications

• Strong video shooting and editing skills.
• Experience creating short-form vertical content (Reels, TikTok, XiaoHongShu).
• Basic photography skills, especially food/restaurant photography.
• Good understanding of framing, lighting, composition, visual storytelling.
• Strong food aesthetics and appetites for making food look appetising on cam.
• Familiar with Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro or similar editing software.
• Comfortable shooting with cameras, smartphones, action cams, basic production gear.
• Able to manage multiple shoots and editing deadlines.
• Proactive, creative and willing to contribute ideas.
• Passionate about food, filming and visual content.
• Mandarin/Cantonese proficiency preferred for communication with chefs and teams.

You’ll work across six different F&B brands, shooting everything from sizzling kitchen moments and chef stories to new menu launches, weddings, restaurant experiences and social media campaigns.

You’ll work closely with our Marketing Content Lead on monthly content direction, while having room to contribute your own ideas, references and shooting style.

What you'll be doing:

• Adapt video style, pacing and storytelling for different brands and platforms.

• Keep up with social media and F&B content trends and apply suitable ideas to our brands.

• Organise footage, project files and completed content for a smooth team workflow.

What we're looking for:

• Strong video shooting and editing skills.

• Proactive, creative and willing to contribute ideas instead of only waiting for instructions.

You’ll work closely with the Marketing Content Lead, who manages the overall content direction, monthly schedule, campaign priorities and outlet coordination.
