Job summary

Din Tai Fung Malaysia is seeking a creative Short Video Content Creator to join our Marketing team. You will shoot and edit high-quality short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok and more, showcasing food, ambiance and staff activity. Portfolio required; 2+ years’ experience; strong eye for aesthetics, subtitles, voiceovers and engaging hooks.

You will travel to different outlets for shoots and help drive brand storytelling across social media platforms.

Qualifications

• Portfolio is the most important requirement.
• At least 2 years of experience in short video creating and editing.
• Good aesthetic sense with handling of subtitles, voiceovers, and transitions.
• Understanding of hooks and conversion-focused messaging within the first 3 seconds.

Responsibilities

• Shoot high-quality video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms.
• Create videos featuring food, restaurant atmosphere, kitchen operations, staff activities, promotions, events and brand content.

We are looking for a creative, young and performance driven Short Video Content Creator to join our Marketing team.

You will be responsible for creating high-quality, visually appealing short-form video content for Din Tai Fung and DIN by Din Tai Fung, bringing creative concepts to life through professional videography and engaging video editing.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot high-quality and visually appealing video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook and other digital platforms.


• Create videos featuring food, restaurant atmosphere, kitchen operations, staff activities, promotions, events and other brand content.


• Produce videos that are visually attractive, dynamic and suitable for social media.


• Attend different Din Tai Fung and DIN by Din Tai Fung outlets and locations for video shoots when required.

Requirements

• Portfolio is the most important requirement. Applicants must provide a portfolio or examples of their video work.


• At least 2 years of experience in short video creating and editing.


• Good aesthetic sense, with natural handling of subtitles, voiceovers, and transitions.


• Understanding of user pain points and conversion-focused hooks within the first 3 seconds.


• Creative, energetic and willing to learn.


• Your portfolio matters more than your academic qualification or previous industry experience.
