Job summary

Star Stream Sdn Bhd is seeking a versatile Videographer & Video Editor to handle end-to-end video production on-site in Sungai Buloh/Shah Alam. You will set up camera gear, frame shots, light studios, and edit raw footage into engaging short-form content for campaigns and social platforms.

The role requires hands-on camera operation, studio lighting, wireless microphones, and proficiency in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with camera operation, studio lighting, and wireless microphones.
• Proficient in video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro).
• Strong understanding of short-form video pacing and visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Shooting: Plan, frame, and execute indoor studio and outdoor video shoots using digital cameras, lighting setups, and audio equipment.
• Editing: Edit raw footage using Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut, applying cuts, transitions, subtitles, SFX, and color grading.
• Concept & Strategy: Collaborate with the team to brainstorm video hooks, storyboards, and trend recreations.
• Asset Management: Organize, back up, and maintain raw media files and project archives.

We are seeking a versatile Videographer & Video Editor to handle our end-to-end video production. You will be responsible for setting up camera gear, framing shots, operating studio lighting, and editing raw footage into high-retention short-form content (TikTok, IG Reels, Shorts) and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shooting: Plan, frame, and execute indoor studio and outdoor video shoots using digital cameras, lighting setups, and audio equipment.
• Editing: Edit raw footage using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut, applying smooth cuts, dynamic transitions, subtitles, sound effects (SFX), and color grading.
• Concept & Strategy: Collaborate with the team to brainstorm video hooks, visual storyboards, and trend recreations.
• Asset Management: Organize, back up, and maintain raw media files and project archives.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with camera operation, studio lighting setup, and wireless microphones.
• Proficient in video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro).
• Strong understanding of short-form video pacing, visual storytelling, and trend mechanics.
• Able to work full-time on-site in Sungai Buloh / Shah Alam.
• Standard EPF, SOCSO, and EIS contributions.
• All camera gear, studio lighting, editing high-spec setups, and software provided.
