OUTSTANDING ENTREPRENEURS SDN. BHD is seeking a videographer and editor to independently or lead a small team for on-site event video shooting, including forums, press conferences, roadshows, and promotional content.
You will edit footage, apply voice-overs, music, subtitles, color correction, and basic visual effects to deliver polished final videos. The role requires a diploma/degree in Film Production or related fields with at least 1 year of shooting and editing experience and a portfolio
Independently or lead a small team to execute on-site video shooting for events, including forums, press conferences, roadshows, annual dinners, interviews, promotional videos, and short-form content.
Ensure high-quality footage through effective camera movement, framing, and composition techniques.
Select and organise raw footage.
Perform video editing, voice-over integration, background music insertion, subtitle creation, colour correction, and basic visual effects processing.
Deliver polished and professional final video products.
3. Content Adaptation
Adapt and optimise video content for different platforms and formats, including landscape and portrait versions.
Produce content in various durations such as 15‑second, 60‑second, and 2‑minute formats based on campaign requirements.
4. Equipment Management
Maintain and manage photography, videography, lighting, and audio equipment.
Ensure equipment remains in good working condition and recommend upgrades or new purchases when necessary.
Work closely with internal teams to understand project objectives, brand requirements, and content strategies.
Ensure video deliverables meet campaign goals and quality standards.
Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Degree in Film Production, Digital Media, Advertising, Mass Communication, or related fields.
Minimum 1 year of experience in video shooting and editing.
Portfolio submission is required, preferably including event coverage and promotional video projects.
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
Skilled in operating DSLR/Mirrorless Cameras, Gimbals/Stabilisers, and Wireless Microphones.
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and creative storytelling skills.
Willing to work weekends or evenings when required for event coverage (replacement leave provided).
Able to thrive in a fast‑paced working environment.
