Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia, Film Production, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Experience in video editing is preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is required.
• Knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, or similar software is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of video composition, storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
• Basic knowledge of audio editing and colour grading.
• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Edit raw video footage into polished and engaging videos.
• Produce video content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Create promotional videos, advertisements, product showcases, event highlights, and corporate videos.
• Add transitions, motion graphics, animations, subtitles, sound effects, and background music.
• Perform colour correction, colour grading, and audio enhancement to improve video quality.
• Ensure videos align with branding and visual identity guidelines.
• Organise video files, assets, and editing archives.
• Export videos in required formats and resolutions for different platforms.
• Review and revise videos based on management or client feedback.
• Stay updated with latest editing techniques and trends.
• Assist in video shooting and production activities when required.
• Ensure projects are completed within timeline.
