Job summary

SearchApi is seeking a Developer Advocate to be the technical face of our real-time SERP API. You’ll host video content and run end-to-end demos that showcase the API to developers.

On camera, you’ll articulate complex ideas clearly in English, gather feedback, and grow our community through talks, podcasts, and open‑source engagement. This fully remote role offers equity and profit sharing.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background enabling live demos and API explanations.
• Excellent on-camera presence with clear, engaging delivery.
• Proven ability to grow and engage developer communities.
• Experience creating educational content and tutorials.

Responsibilities

• Host short and long-form videos, demos, and webinars for developers.
• Build real demos using our API and showcase end-to-end workflows.
• Grow developer presence in talks, podcasts, and conference appearances.
• Engage with the community and collect feedback for the product team.
• Write integration guides and example apps to illustrate API use.
• Maintain a steady content cadence and professional recording setup.
